EFF

ESP+FF hybrid system (EFF) is the research achievement of “ESP+FF hybrid dust removing technology and equipments for large-scale coal fired power plant boiler” Project, which belongs to National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program) and Feida presided over the research program is the project manager for this project. EFF is a new type, high efficiency and energy saving dust-removal equipment which integrates the advantages of ESP and Fabric Filter and possesses the merits of high efficiency, stable operation, energy saving and less maintenance etc.. Feida also successfully developed a type of ESP+FF hybrid dust removing equipment (National Invention Patent 200710071236.4 “Large scale ESP+FF hybrid system”) which the filter area applies split level layout. This special design can guarantee the evenness of gas flow inside of ESP area, improve the dust cleaning efficiency of fabric filter area and fundamentally change the conventional flue gas guidance pattern. Therefore, Feida EFF can achieve stable and long term operation with high efficiency and low resistivity.

After the first ESP+FF hybrid system (210MW) for Guangdong Nine Dragons Paper Industries Co., Ltd. is put into operation in 2004, Feida has successfully developed three types of EFF hybrid system: split type, advection straight-through type and chamber-dividing type. Feida has won one National Invention Patent and several National Utility Model Patents. Feida’s products have reached international advanced level.


Plentiful projects have proved that Feida EFF has the advantages of high collection efficiency, low resistivity, long dust cleaning period, long service time of filter bag, stable and reliable operation, simple and convenient maintenance and so on. It can be widely used in electric power industry, metallurgy industry, nonferrous metallurgy industry, chemical industry, building materials industry and other industries.

Feida has independently developed large scale EFF dust-removal technology. The dust emission of EFF for China Chentang Power Plant which is the first demonstration project has achieved the dust emission level of developed country and can reached the dust emission level of developed country.

In 2007, Feida undertook National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program) “ESP+FF hybrid dust removing technology and equipments for large-scale coal fired power plant boiler” Project. At present, the market share of EFF for 600MW unit has been ranked as the first in China.
