Pneumatic Conveying System

As the first enterprise entering the industry of material conveying in China, Feida successfully developed a fluidization warehouse pump system in 1989 based on the combination of self-development and technology introduction. In 1993, Feida imported the boost-type pneumatic conveying technology from DYNAMIC AIR INC, which is the world’s most widely adapted for different types of material and most advanced technology of pneumatic conveying. After that, Feida successfully developed double casing pneumatic conveying technology based on in-depth study of market. At present, Feida has obtained three types of mature and advanced pneumatic conveying system known as “fluidization warehouse pump system”, “Boost-type conveying system”, “double casing pneumatic conveying system”, and also had been awarded a number of national patents and all the products meet the international advanced level. Feida is the only enterprise which obtains all above mentioned three advanced material conveying technology in China.

The main technical features of Feida Pneumatic Conveying System are: mature and reliable system; advanced mechatronical remote control technology with high degree of automation; unique warehouse pump fluidization & transportation control technology which achieves the long-distance with large tonnage transportation; advanced and reliable components & parts with longer service life, low cost of maintenance and operation; large feed gas ratio, low energy consumption.

Feida has committed to the continuous optimization and updating of Pneumatic Conveying System, a laboratory for pneumatic conveying technology which is the most advanced laboratory in the world has been established. Various conveying tests for multiple materials, variety output (transmission output of several tons to hundreds of tons) and different transmission distance (a few meters of transmission distance to 1000 meters) can be performed in this newly built laboratory.
